Start with clean, dry nails by gently pushing back cuticles and removing any oils or residue. Select the adhesive tab size that best fits each natural nail, peel off the backing, and place the tab onto your nail, pressing firmly to smooth out air bubbles. Remove the top film, then align the press-on nail with your cuticle and press down firmly from cuticle to tip for 10–15 seconds. Avoid water or oils for at least 1 hour to ensure the best hold.
